Dealership Enrollment
To enroll with FEX DMS, please complete the following form and click the "Save Changes" button. After selecting the desired services and confirming your information on the following page, you will be presented with a dealership agreement to sign and send to FEX DMS with either the credit card form or Automated Clearing House (ACH) form included. Once we have received your ACH or credit card authorization form and the signed dealer agreement, we will send you an email containing a login, password and instructions on how to complete the FEX DMS activation process for your dealership.
